Is This You?

See if any of the experiences listed below, describe you:

A large majority of your day is spent strategizing about what you're going to eat, when you're going to work out or where you can secretly but successfully "get away" with behaviors that help you to manage your weight. You're aware and smart enough to know that these mental and behavioral habits are unhealthy but you feel enslaved by the daily routine anyway.

“It’s not okay for me to make mistakes or not know what to do.” You are ambitious and have very high standards for yourself. You work very hard to “maintain control” in your life, but underneath it all, you struggle with nagging insecurities that are crushing your spirit.

You have a very loud and intrusive “inner critic” that is always “beating you up” inside your head. You constantly compare yourself to others to validate ways that you aren’t “measuring up” and as a result, your self-esteem has hit an all time low.

Your “disease to please” tendency demands that put others’ needs before your own and you have difficulty saying “no” to requests. This often leaves you feeling resentful and frustrated. As a result, you'd rather be by yourself so you can do your own thing.

“I hate crying, I feel so weak. I don’t see the point of emotions.” You try to rationalize your emotions and explain them away. But instead, you bottle them up, put on a smile and muscle your way through the day. By the end of the day, you find yourself more irritable, sad, discouraged and/or stressed out.

Good News for You: No Matter Which Of These Statements Resonates With You, Help Is Here.

• Highly intelligent
• Accomplished
• Duty-oriented
• Ambitious
• Demanding of yourself
• Hard working
• High achieving

Additionally, I have worked with women and men to overcome trauma, depression, anxiety, diminished self-esteem, relationship issues, big life transitions like re-location, change in marital status, and career issues.

But Will My Services Help You?

You are likely to be successful working with me if you have these values:
• Commitment. You have a deep-rooted and core belief that you are meant to have, do and be more than your current life circumstances permit. You can make and keep regularly scheduled appointments.
• Willingness. You easily allocate money, time and energy towards your Empowerment Experience. You are open to getting help, trusting the process and trying new things.
• Patience. You understand that change and transformation takes times, effort and practice. You are also able to manage expectations and be gentle with yourself.
• Responsibility. You understand that you are responsible for you health and well-being. That what you put into coaching/therapy, will be what you get out of it.
• Holistic Approach. You believe in a holistic approach that engages the mind, body, soul and spirit. Connecting to all aspects of your being helps you to tap into your true, inner power.
• Spirituality. You have a spiritual practice that nourishes you. Or you are a seeker open to all the ways the Divine supports us.
