Individual Therapy and Counseling Services located in Winter Park, Florida | Individual therapy, a popular and highly effective treatment mode, offers an opportunity for intense focus on what holds you back in your life as well as what's going to help move you forward.
The goals of individual therapy include increased self-awareness and insight, the resolution of past traumas, identifying and overcoming negative core beliefs and learning new and positive coping skills.
I specialize in working with clients who struggle with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, big life transitions and trauma/abuse.
I use an eclectic therapy approach that combines mindfulness training, talk therapy, experiential exercises, expressive arts and other practical counseling methods.
For you, this means working with a therapist who has a variety of different proven tools, methods and training all working to support your optimal growth and empowerment. Often, using a combination of therapeutic methods produces more rapid and radical growth than using one method alone.
